- Duplicate Payment : Refunds for subscription plan payments will only be given if duplicate payments are made by mistake. Duplicate payments happen when a customer unintentionally submits the same payment more than once for the same subscription period.

Renewal Policy :
- Manual Renewal (No Auto Debit- as of now): Our subscription plans require manual renewal. You must renew your plan manually to continue your subscription.
- Cancellation: We do not enable auto-renewal for subscriptions. Your plan will be automatically canceled once it expires.
- Subscription Changes: If you wish to make changes to your subscription plan, such as upgrading, downgrading, or changing the billing frequency, please contact our customer support team. Changes will be applied to the next renewal cycle.
